We have used customer supplied blocks in the past and would return them with your report after the analysis is done. If you have round beveling blocks with no more than a 1.25 inch diameter, we would be able to use them on our beveling devices and probe stations.

If you still plan on needing a 100um deep profile within a 100um area, you will actually need something a little steeper than 45 degrees. Or you will need to find larger areas in which to run the profiles. Using such a steep angle will not necessarily provide any more resolution than a perpendicular bevel would.
